Axel is Managing Partner of Gran Roque Capital (GRC) and CEO of Orinoquia Real Estate Sociimi. GRC is a Real Estate investment management firm focused on residential development in Madrid, Spain. With 7 years of experience in the Real Estate and Tourism in Spain and 29 years in LATAM, Axel has been President of CENTURY 21 Fininca, in Venezuela, being a a certified Real Estate Agent (N. 34). Doctor in Economics, he was profesor of Behavioral Economics in  UCAB Caracas, Venezuela.

Edric is CFO of Gran Roque Capital and Orinoquia Real Estate Socimi. In GRC, Edric has executed during the past 6 years over € 250 million in direct investments and M&A transactions in the Spanish and Portuguese Real Estate markets. As CFO, he has raised over € 70 million in senior mortgage and structured debt. Edric is an Economist from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, Caracas, Venezuela and holds a degree from IE Business School (Madrid) in Real Estate Business Administration.

Juan has been director of companies such as Santander Group, CLEA, Caja Postal Group, Agromán and Banco Hispano-Americano.  He was Senior Managing Director of Santander Global Property. Juan  is a lawyer with Master degrees in community law and urban planning.  He has also taken Executive development programs related to Real Estate management at IESE Business School and strategic finance in banking at Wharton University.  With more than 30 years of experience, Juan provides years of real estate know how and excellent market networking. 

Daniel Przedborski is a member of the Board of Directors of Orinoquia RE. Daniel has extensive experience as a legal advisor for important companies in Switzerland such as Kellerhals-Carrard or Python & Peter. Daniel holds a double degree in law and economic law from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium. In addition, Daniel is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODA).

Leopoldo Mendoza is a partner and financial manager of Sinergia24 Gestion Inmobiliaria, a company specializing in the management of residential real state projects. Leopoldo was responsible for the investment department at Welz Platform, a company dedicated to the alternative financing of real estate proyejects. Leopoldo is a Civil Engineer from the Metropolitan University of Caracas and holds a degree in Business Administration from the IE Business School. 

Manuel Arcay has more than three years of experience at Orinoquia. At the moment, he leads the acquisition and analysis department. Manuel holds a MBA from IE Business School (Madrid). As a Civil Engineer from Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas, he has  worked for more than two years gaining relevant experience in the construction and Real Estate  sector. 

Estefanía Bernardo is an Architect from the University of Navarra. She has recently expanded her training in financial skills focused on the Real Estate sector by holding a degree from UPM (MDI). The work carried out in this last stage in Urban Consulting has allowed her to acquire knowledge about the law and ease in its application, as well as interest in new tendency in sustainability and digitalization. 

Mikel Echavarria Garmendia is Investment Analyst at Orinoquia. Mikel has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pontificia Comillas ICADE University in Madrid. He has previous experience for more than 2 years in companies within the real estate sector, both in consulting and SOCIMI.
